This package includes six continuing education courses designed to fulfill the requirements for Wisconsin’s 2025–2026 continuing education curriculum. delivered in our Online Video format for your utmost convenience. Each course is approved for 3 credit hours for both Wisconsin and Minnesota continuing education. With this dually approved package, you can maintain your license in Wisconsin and work towards your requirements for Minnesota. This package does NOT include Minnesota’s yearly required module.

- Wisconsin Mandatory Course 1 Online Video Course (3 Credit Hours): Learn about important aspects of buyer agency in Wisconsin, contract drafting, and what happens when a transaction does not close. This course includes the following mandatory topics: Buyer Agency in Wisconsin (1 Credit-Hour), Contract Drafting in Wisconsin (1 Credit-Hour) and When the Wisconsin Transaction Does Not Close (1 Credit-Hour). This course has been approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce for 3 hours of real estate continuing education. This course also satisfies the 1 hour of Agency Law as required in § 82.61.(c) (1) (2).
- Wisconsin Mandatory Course 2 Online Video Course (3 Credit Hours): Understand the disciplinary process under Wisconsin law, the impact of a national lawsuit on Wisconsin real estate commissions and buyer agreements, as well as Wisconsin real estate case laws. This course includes the following mandatory topics: DSPS Discipline Roundup (1 Credit-Hour), Wisconsin Legislative Updates (1 Credit-Hour), and Wisconsin Case Law Related to Real Estate (1 Credit-Hour). This course has been approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce for 3 hours of real estate continuing education.
- Wisconsin Mandatory Course 3 Online Video Course (3 Credit Hours): Cover the application of the inspection contingency, antitrust law and how it pertains to real estate, licensee duties under REEB 24.07, and much more. This course includes the following mandatory topics: Inspection and Testing in the Wisconsin Offers to Purchase (1 Credit-Hour), Antitrust for Wisconsin Licensees (1 Credit-Hour), and Financing and Appraisal in the Wisconsin Offer to Purchase (1 Credit-Hour). This course has been approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce for 3 hours of real estate continuing education.
- Wisconsin Mandatory Course 4 Online Video Course (3 Credit Hours)*: Topics include fair housing issues related to state law, the history of fair housing, and best practices in fair housing marketing. This course includes the following mandatory topics: Fair Housing I for Wisconsin Licensees–State Law (1 Credit-Hour), Fair Housing II for Wisconsin Licensees–Federal Law (1 Credit-Hour), and Advertising for Wisconsin Licensees (1 Credit-Hour). This course has been approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce for 3 hours of real estate continuing education. This course also satisfies the 1 hour of Fair Housing as required in § 82.61.(c) (1) (2).
- Wisconsin Elective Course 5 Online Video Course (3 Credit Hours): Learn about disclosure procedures for licensees, prorations, and laws requiring full disclosure for licensees acting as principals in their own interest. This course includes the following elective topics: Disclosure for Wisconsin Licensees (1 Credit-Hour), Tax Proration and Special Assessments in Wisconsin Offer to Purchase (1 Credit-Hour), and Personal Transactions for Wisconsin Licensees (1 Credit-Hour). This course has been approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce for 3 hours of real estate continuing education.
- Wisconsin Elective Course 6 Online Video Course (3 Credit Hours): Understand common issues related to fees and commissions, the source of commissions, and strategies to avoid disputes at closing. This course includes the following elective topics: Incentives in Wisconsin Real Estate Transactions (1 Credit-Hour), Commissions and Dispute Resolution in the Wisconsin Listing Contracts (1 Credit-Hour), and Personal Property and Fixtures in Wisconsin Transactions (1 Credit-Hour). This course has been approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce for 3 hours of real estate continuing education.
The Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services requires that in addition to Courses 1, 2, 3, and 4, Wisconsin real estate licensees must complete two half-day elective courses by the end of the current biennium from December 15th of every even year to December 14th of every even year.
