You’ll also review fiduciary duties and brush up on RESPA, marketing service agreements, and disclosure responsibilities. The course provides a detailed conversation on common interest communities. Wrap up by exploring the growth of fair housing laws on both the national and state levels, and how to steer clear of any unfair practices.
    This course has been approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce for 3.75 hours of real estate continuing education. Completion of this course will also satisfy the 1 hour of Fair Housing and 1 hour of Agency Law as required in § 82.61.(c) (1) (2).
