- REQUIRED 2024/2025 Texas Real Estate Commission Legal Update II Course (4 Credit Hours)*: This Texas real estate continuing education course has been updated to cover the latest topics affecting real estate licensees. It provides an in-depth review to maintain understanding and foster proper administration of many topic concerns such as agency, Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) disclosures, how to represent veterans and military servicemembers, enforcement case studies, and much more.
- REQUIRED 2023/2024 Texas Real Estate Commission Broker Responsibility Course (6 Credit Hours): The Texas Real Estate Commission Rules require brokers to understand the regulatory aspects of the management, operation, and supervision of a real estate brokerage firm in Texas. Designed to give you the knowledge required for adequate performance of these duties, this real estate course covers topics like delegated supervisors and teams, agent competency and training, broker responsibilities, and so much more.
- REQUIRED Real Estate Contracts: Essentials and Beyond Course (3 Credit Hours): This real estate course covers the essential elements of a contract and lease. Explore the fundamentals of preparing a sales contract, including financing and contingencies, as well as amendments, addenda, and defaults. The course concludes with common contract mistakes, including examples of what to look for to avoid common pitfalls.
- 2022/2024 Association Ethics Online Course (3 Credit Hours)**: This course presents the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Code of Ethics and information on making ethical decisions in a 4-hour format that can be used to fulfill NAR’s real estate ethics training requirement. Through an in-depth discussion of the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice and case studies, you will be able to understand the responsibilities and duties required of REALTORS® and how the code can be used as a guide to proper conduct for all real estate practitioners.
*IMPORTANT: Please be advised of the following prior to purchasing: The Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) 2024–2025 Legal Update I and II courses must be completed by 11:59 pm Central Time on December 31, 2025, in order to receive credit and fulfill the 8 Hour Legal Update I and II Continuing Education (CE) requirement.
