- Military servicemembers and spouses in Tennessee may qualify for an exemption from licensure requirements when moving to the state
- Active-duty members, veterans, or spouses can apply for this exemption with the Tennessee Department of Commerce & Insurance (TDCI) Regulatory Boards division
- The exemption allows military-affiliated individuals to expedite gaining professional licensure in Tennessee
