How Do I Schedule My Private Real Estate Tutoring Session with a Kaplan Instructor?
Use the form below to schedule a private tutoring session (within your course access period) at a date and time that works best for you. Your access period can be found within the Learning Management System (LMS) under each course on your home page.
What Happens at My Private Real Estate Tutoring Session?
- Your private tutoring session will be held via a Zoom meeting, which you will access through your Learning Management System (LMS). After enrolling, you’ll receive an order confirmation email and an online access email, which will provide you with a link to log into the LMS.
- You must have a microphone, speakers or a headset, and a video camera (webcam). The tutor must be able to see and hear you at all times (and vice versa).
- You may be asked to share your screen so your tutor can help you navigate to any relevant Kaplan resources.
- You and your tutor will engage in a personal learning experience to ensure you overcome any challenges you’re experiencing through course learning objectives, exam topics, and the many Kaplan resources available to you.
Need to cancel your tutoring session? Let us know at least two business days in advance. If you don’t provide the appropriate notice, the fees for that session will NOT be refunded and you will need to enroll and pay for a new session to receive the services within your course access period. If you fail to appear or are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled session, the fees for that session will NOT be refunded.

While in law school, she specialized in environmental land use and real estate law. After passing the California bar exam, Tabitha worked as an Advisory Title Officer (ATO) at a number of title insurance companies.
In 2015, Tabitha began teaching real estate licensing and exam prep classes for Kaplan and currently co-teaches the weekly California Interactive Study Group.
