- REQUIRED Oklahoma Brokerage Relationships Act Online Course (1 Credit Hour): This real estate course is a comprehensive review of the Oklahoma Broker Relationships Act. Real estate professionals assist in the sale of properties between parties, and this course outlines how to successfully do so following the Oklahoma Broker Relationships Act. This course satisfies 1 continuing education hour for the required Oklahoma Real Estate Commission (OREC) Broker Relationships Act topic.
- REQUIRED Oklahoma Code and Rule Updates Online Course (1 Credit Hour): This course satisfies the Oklahoma real estate license renewal requirement relating to code and rules. In this 1-hour online course, you will learn about the process of investigations by OREC, the legal requirements for real estate advertising in Oklahoma, necessary disclosures required in transactions, and the procedures for setting up and maintaining trust accounts.
- REQUIRED Oklahoma Contracts and Forms Online Course (6 Credit Hours): This course covers everything you will need to know about real estate contracts and Oklahoma-specific contract and closing practices. You will dive into Oklahoma-approved forms and disclosures. Plus, get a comprehensive review of the Oklahoma Uniform Contract of Sale of Real Estate Residential Sale Form. This real estate course satisfies the 2024 OREC requirement for a 6-hour Contracts and Forms continuing education course.
- REQUIRED Oklahoma Deed Theft Online Course (1 Credit Hour): To address fraud involving real property ownership around deed and title theft, Oklahoma passed legislation (Senate Bills 877 and 925). OREC requires completion of this 1-hour continuing education course about this issue and the two Senate Bills. This course defines deed and title theft, provides examples of common fraud schemes and red flags, and explains best practices to protect consumers and comply with laws regarding deed theft.
- 2025/2027 Association Ethics Online Course (3 Credit Hours)*: Based on Everyday Ethics in Real Estate, this Oklahoma course presents the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Code of Ethics and information on making ethical decisions in a 3-hour format that can be used to fulfill NAR’s real estate ethics training requirement. Through an in-depth discussion of the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice, you will be able to understand the responsibilities and duties required of REALTORS® and how the code can be used as a guide to proper conduct for all real estate practitioners. It includes case studies and interpretations based on actual situations of alleged unethical conduct.
- Buyer Representation in Real Estate Online Course (6 Credit Hours): This Oklahoma real estate course offers a robust introduction for buyer agents. In this course, you will learn the legal and technical aspects of buyer representation, including such topics as real estate due diligence and fiduciary duties. You will explore your risk exposure when representing buyers, as well as how a good risk management plan can help protect you and your clients.
- Fair Housing Online Course (3 Credit Hours)*: Today’s real estate practitioner must establish business practices that comply with fair housing laws and offer equal professional service to all. Consistency, objectivity, and documentation are critical in accomplishing this objective. This 3-hour Oklahoma course includes the topics pertinent to fair housing in today’s real estate world including law, and diversity and unconscious bias.
- Land Development: Finding, Funding, & Finishing Online Video Course (2 Credit Hours): Land development might sound like a world of its own, but it’s a world where your skills and expertise are essential. In this Oklahoma continuing education course, you’ll learn how to identify land development opportunities and act as a guide for your clients, helping them navigate their options and avoid costly mistakes. This online video course was recorded in a unique style that feels more like a documentary than a course, making it an engaging way to elevate your expertise and serve your clients in the best way possible.
- Real Estate Evolution: Trends and Transformations Online Video Course (4 Credit Hours): Join us on a journey through history to understand the societal and environmental changes that agriculture and construction development have undergone and where they have led us to in housing today. You’ll take a look at the evolution of agriculture and modern-day agricultural trends, sustainable construction trends including passive and net-zero design, and alternative living spaces such as microliving.
- Whose Side Are You On?: Buyer and Seller Representation Online Video Course (3 Credit Hours): Relationships and representation are a key part of the real estate industry. This online video course looks closely at buyer and seller representation to help you more clearly define these relationships, roles, and duties. Topics discussed include types of agency, exclusive vs. nonexclusive contracts, negotiating for each side, and fair housing concerns to keep in mind.
