Oklahoma 30 Hour Complete Salesperson Continuing Education Package (includes NAR Ethics and Fair Housing)
Licensees renewing through May 31, 2025, may renew with 21 hours of continuing education credit. Effective June 1, 2025, Oklahoma Sales Associates must complete 30 hours of CE. This 30-hour package will fulfill either renewal requirement.

If you are a sales associate who is also a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, you can complete your Code of Ethics and Fair Housing requirements with this continuing education package. It features four required Oklahoma real estate courses, two mandatory NAR courses, and four of our popular electives.

- REQUIRED Oklahoma Contracts and Forms Online Course (6 Credit Hours): This course covers everything you will need to know about real estate contracts and Oklahoma-specific contract and closing practices. You will dive into Oklahoma approved forms and disclosures. Plus, get a comprehensive review of the Oklahoma Uniform Contract of Sale of Real Estate Residential Sale Form. This real estate course satisfies the 2024 OREC requirement for a 6-hour Contracts and Forms continuing education course.
- REQUIRED Oklahoma Professional Conduct Online Course (3 Credit Hours): Enhance your real estate career with this 3-hour online course to help you learn the importance of ethics, professional conduct, and engaging with consumers in a high-tech/low-touch world. The course delves into real estate ethics and reinforces knowledge with case studies, unit exams, and a final exam.
- REQUIRED Oklahoma Code and Rule Updates Online Course (1 Credit Hour): This course satisfies the Oklahoma real estate license renewal requirement relating to code and rules. In this 1-hour online course, you will learn about the process of investigations by the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission, the legal requirements for real estate advertising in Oklahoma, necessary disclosures required in transactions, and the procedures for setting up and maintaining trust accounts.
- REQUIRED Oklahoma Brokerage Relationships Act Online Course (1 Credit Hour): This real estate course is a comprehensive review of the Oklahoma Broker Relationships Act. Real estate professionals assist in the sale of properties between parties, and this course outlines how to successfully do so following the Oklahoma Broker Relationships Act. This course satisfies one continuing education hour for the required OREC Broker Relationships Act topic.
- 2025/2027 Association Ethics Online Course (3 Credit Hours)*: Based on Everyday Ethics in Real Estate, this Oklahoma course presents the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Code of Ethics and information on making ethical decisions in a 3-hour format that can be used to fulfill NAR’s real estate ethics training requirement. Through an in-depth discussion of the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice, you will be able to understand the responsibilities and duties required of REALTORS® and how the code can be used as a guide to proper conduct for all real estate practitioners. It includes case studies and interpretations based on actual situations of alleged unethical conduct.
- Fair Housing Online Course (3 Credit Hours)*: Today’s real estate practitioner must establish business practices that comply with fair housing laws and offer equal professional service to all. Consistency, objectivity, and documentation are critical in accomplishing this objective. This 3-hour OK course includes the topics pertinent to fair housing in today's real estate world including law, and diversity and unconscious bias.
- Real Estate Bloopers: Preventing Client Horror Stories Online Video Course (4 Credit Hours): As humans, we are bound to make mistakes, and each mistake is an opportunity to learn. In this online real estate course, you will learn about mistakes other licensees have made so that you can avoid making the same mistakes and negatively impact your clients. This Ok real estate agent course explains the impact of negative client experiences, licensees’ fiduciary duties, and representation relationships.
