Military Portability
- Request a military spouse waiver
- Complete the form
- Submit license application and fee
- Include the following documentation:
- Copy of United States Uniformed Services Identification and Privilege Card or Dependent Identification Card
- Copy of military orders indicating relocation to New York State
- Proof of current licensure with a certification effective within one year of the New York State license application
- If licensed for at least 1 year but less than 2, provide evidence (e.g., professional letters of reference) demonstrating your competency and trustworthiness as a real estate broker or salesperson
- Include the following documentation:
