New Jersey Real Estate Licensing Information, Reciprocity, and Portability

Military Portability:
- Honorably Discharged Disabled Veterans Waiver
- Must complete the 75-hour Salesperson course or 75 hours of college credits in real estate–related courses
- Submit a current copy of the Certification of Disability from the Veterans Administration
- Provide a copy of DD214 (Certificate of Release from Active Duty) certifying an honorable discharge from the military
- The application fee and all renewal fees will be waived
