The fees associated with becoming a real estate agent in Minnesota include $369 for the required course hours, $63 for the state exam fee, and $110 for the license application fee.
To get your Minnesota real estate brokers license you must have 3 years of experience as a real estate agent, complete 30 hours of the required coursework, and pass the Minnesota real estate broker exam.
