• 2022/2024 Association Ethics Online Course (3 Credit Hours)*: This course presents the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Code of Ethics and information on making ethical decisions in a 4-hour format that can be used to fulfill NAR’s real estate ethics training requirement. Through an in-depth discussion of the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice and case studies, you will be able to understand the responsibilities and duties required of REALTORS® and how the code can be used as a guide to proper conduct for all real estate practitioners.
• Twenty Cost-Effective Home Improvements Online Video Course (4 Credit Hours): Presented in an entertaining and informative countdown format, this online video course employs the latest national data to calculate the 20 home upgrades that provide the greatest return on investment. It will help you advise your clients on how to make wise choices that positively impact the resale value of their homes.
