• REQUIRED Colorado 2025 Annual Commission Update Online Video Course (4 Credit Hours): This course is developed by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies Division of Real Estate and offers relevant information on regulatory changes and issues. Brokers are recommended to take the Annual Commission Update (ACU) course between January and June. This is not a contracts course; however, brokers should consider taking a contracts course every year.
• 2025/2027 Association Ethics Online Course (4 Credit Hours)*: Based on Everyday Ethics in Real Estate, this Colorado course presents the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Code of Ethics and information on making ethical decisions in a 4-hour format that can be used to fulfill NAR’s real estate ethics training requirement. Through an in-depth discussion of the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice, you will be able to understand the responsibilities and duties required of REALTORS® and how the code can be used as a guide to proper conduct for all real estate practitioners. It includes case studies and interpretations based on actual situations of alleged unethical conduct.
