The Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services requires that in addition to Courses 1, 2, 3, and 4, Wisconsin real estate licensees must complete two half-day elective courses by the end of the current biennial license period of December 14, 2020.
Our comprehensive 2-day program, Minnesota/Wisconsin Continuing Education, has been approved for continuing education credit in BOTH Minnesota and Wisconsin. In just two days, you can complete 12 hours of Wisconsin real estate continuing education at the same time as you complete 15 hours of Minnesota real estate continuing education. In addition, to meet the Wisconsin elective requirement, we are now offering a 1-day program: Minnesota/Wisconsin Dually-Approved Elective Courses. These courses allow you to complete the Wisconsin 6-hour elective requirement before your December 14, 2020, deadline. At the same time, you will complete 7.5 hours of Minnesota real estate continuing education. All three days will teach you exactly how to comply with Minnesota and Wisconsin laws.
Each course has been approved by the State of Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services for 3 hours of real estate continuing education.
Each course has been submitted to the Minnesota Department of Commerce for 3.75 hours of real estate continuing education. Minnesota/Wisconsin Course 1 includes the mandatory agency topic. Minnesota/Wisconsin Course 4 includes the mandatory fair housing topic.
