Virginia 8-Hour Mandatory Topics CE (8 Credit Hours, Online)—This interactive, online course contains the eight hours of mandatory topics required by the Virginia Real Estate Board for renewal of both salesperson and broker licenses. The course includes three hours of Ethics and Standards of Conduct, two hours of Fair Housing, and one hour each of Agency, Contracts, and Legal Updates and Emerging Trend. You will learn about managing risk and how to keep your business unencumbered. The course also covers the required national flood content for Virginia.
