Credit Hours: 16
Virginia requires Real Estate salespersons to complete 16 hours of approved Continuing Education within each two-year license period. This package fulfills all of the 16 required hours for salespersons. The 16 hours must consist of 3 hours of Ethics, 2 hours of Fair Housing, 1 hour of Legal Updates, 1 hour of Agency, 1 hour of Contracts, and 8 hours of elective credit.
