Everything you do in real estate is sales and marketing…no better place to start than here!
There are many marketing and real estate sales courses but few that explain marketing principles from a real estate agent’s point of view. This course integrates the four elements of a balanced marketing mix—promotion, place, product, and price. Throughout the course, principles of market research, data analysis, and market segmentation are applied to teach you how to be a more efficient salesperson. Updated units on technology, online marketing, and social media strategies make this the most comprehensive how-to guide for applying classic marketing and sales techniques to a real estate career. This course may also be used to fill a 30-hour Salesperson Apprentice Education (SAE) requirement in Texas.
Upon enrollment in the correspondence course, a textbook will be mailed to you. You will use the textbook to complete required reading assignments and quizzes. The online component contains the roadmap for completing your course in compliance with the Texas Real Estate Commission’s requirements.
Start with the online component. The online component will guide you to complete a reading assignment in your textbook. Note that in some units, you may have additional reading to complete online. Once you have completed the reading assignment in your textbook, as well as the quizzes in your textbook, return to the online component to complete any necessary practice activities, scenario exercises, and the unit exam.
You must progress through the course in the order it is presented online. You will be required to pass each unit exam before moving to the next unit.
Upon completion of all reading assignments, quizzes, scenario exercises, practice activities, and unit exams, you will be eligible to take a virtually proctored exam.
