Effective January 1, 2020, all active salespersons and brokers not subject to Salesperson Apprentice Education (SAE) requirements are required to complete 18 hours of continuing education (CE) for an active license renewal. Four hours of this CE must consist of Legal Update II. Salespersons under the SAE requirements must also complete four hours of Legal Update II as a part of their SAE requirements.
