Using recent New Mexico Real Estate Commission disciplinary cases, learn the broad range of sanctions available to the Commission in the disciplinary hearing process.
The course provides opportunity for a general overview of NM Real Estate License Law and Commission Rules especially pertinent to the case studies that will be used in the class. Attendees will function as commissioners and respondents in each of the case studies and decide whether or not there were violations and what sanctions would be appropriate.
