NEW! 2016-2017 Required Module: Residential Contracts (3.75 Credits)
In this year’s required course, you will examine contracts and forms essential to Minnesota real estate transactions. Your instructor, an industry expert, will emphasize the contract issues that arise so agents and brokers alike will be better equipped to serve both buyers and sellers, while learning the essential elements that are legally required in today’s real estate contracts.
You will review various contracts, addendums, agreements, and forms specifically focused on illuminating the issues that create problems in real estate transactions. You will also learn how to avoid contractual perils and pitfalls that could otherwise consume time, energy, money, and increase risk. This course will prepare you to pass an exam, given in class, and provide you with the knowledge to navigate today’s complex real estate transactions.
NOTE: This Module Also Satisfies the 1-Hour Broker Module Requirement.
This is the required module effective July 1, 2016, through June 30, 2017.
