Licensed real estate brokers and salespersons in Wisconsin must satisfy continuing education requirements during each licensing period—December 15 of even-numbered years to December 14 of even-numbered years. As one of six approved courses, this course fulfills three hours of the required 18 hours of continuing education in each biennium.
This live course fulfills the requirements of Wisconsin’s 2019–2020 Continuing Education Curriculum for Course 6: Wisconsin Real Estate Transactions. This course explores agency agreements, approved forms and when to use them, the many and varied contingencies on a contract to sell or purchase, the duties of independent practice and independent contractors, as well as the skills and forms involved in offer and counteroffer. The final exam contains 15 multiple-choice items.
