Licensed real estate brokers and salespersons in Wisconsin must satisfy continuing education requirements during each licensing period—December 15 of even-numbered years to December 14 of even-numbered years. As one of six approved courses, this course fulfills three hours of the required 18 hours of continuing education in each biennium.

This live course fulfills the requirements of Wisconsin’s 2019–2020 Continuing Education Curriculum for Course 5: Wisconsin Real Estate Law and Practice. The course delves into liens on real property for unpaid commissions, as well as aspects of liens such as perfection and satisfaction, fraud, misrepresentation, unethical practices, and referral fees and cooperative agreements. The final exam contains 15 multiple-choice items.
