This live course fulfills the requirements of Wisconsin’s 2019–2020 Continuing Education Curriculum for Course 4: Wisconsin Real Estate Ethics and Consumer Protection. It examines the statutes and regulations that pertain to general licensee duties, including the duty to disclose material facts, fair housing laws and protected classes, assistance animals, specific responsibilities and ethical standards, and discipline of licensees. The final exam contains 15 multiple-choice items.
