This is the required module, effective July 1, 2016, through June 30, 2017. It provides essential information concerning contracts and forms related to Minnesota real estate transactions. Special emphasis will be placed on the contract issues that come up in day-to-day business, so you will be better equipped to serve buyers and sellers regarding what is contractually required. All salespersons and brokers must complete this course before June 30, 2017, in order to maintain an active Minnesota real estate license.
