This is one of the two new required half-day modules, effective July 1, 2014, through June 30, 2015. In addition, it will prepare you to pass the 20-question exam, to fulfill this new education requirement. All salespersons and brokers must complete the course before June 30, 2015, to maintain an active Minnesota real estate license.
