This is the required half-day module, effective July 1, 2015, through June 30, 2016. It provides essential information you need concerning agency relationships and duties in Minnesota. In addition, it will prepare you to pass the 20-question exam, given in class, to fulfill this new education requirement. All salespersons and brokers must complete this course before June 30, 2016, to maintain an active Minnesota real estate license.

Additionally, you will explore updated RESPA rules, marketing services agreements, and the new loan estimate form. Common Interest Ownership properties statutes will be discussed, highlighting different types of properties, disclosure obligations, and rights.

This class meets the agency and fair housing Minnesota CE requirements. This Module also satisfies the 1-hour broker module requirement.

This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 3.75 hours of real estate continuing education.
