Important! Proctor Requirements and Receiving Your Certificate of Completion
The state of Illinois requires that students pass a certification exam for each course they complete in order to receive a course completion certificate. These online certification exams must be monitored (proctored) by a disinterested third party who will ensure that students have completed the exam without any assistance. For more information, contact Kaplan's Customer Service Department at 800.636.9517.
Please note: You will not be able to access your proctored exam until you have completed the course in its entirety.
