Complete the Education to Become a Wisconsin Licensed Appraiser

To become a Licensed Residential Appraiser in Wisconsin, you must gain 2,000 hours of appraisal experience (in no less than 12 months), complete 150 hours of required education, and pass an exam. Complete the 150 hours of required education by taking both the Apprentice Appraiser and Licensed Appraiser courses.
