Renew Your Appraisal License
Brightwood Real Estate Education is partnering with Career WebSchool to offer online appraisal continuing education courses in Vermont.
Your Vermont real estate appraiser’s license expires every two years, by the date printed on your license. In order to keep your license active, you are required to complete 28 hours of continuing education prior to your renewal date.
Through a partnership with Career WebSchool, Brightwood provides all the CE you need to renew your license, including the 7-Hour Equivalent USPAP Update Course. Enjoy the flexibility of online course delivery and take your classes wherever and whenever it fits your schedule. We offer 14-hour appraisal course packages and 7-hour individual classes to help you meet the state’s requirement, as well as stay on top of the latest trends in your industry.
