Use your GI Bill© education benefits at Kaplan Real Estate Education in New Mexico!
Veterans eligible for education benefits under Chapter 33 or Chapter 35 are entitled to receive benefits covering up to 100% of their tuition on approved New Mexico live licensing courses at Kaplan Real Estate Education - Albuquerque Campus only. Veterans will be able to attend class while waiting for the VA to make tuition payments provided the student submits their certificate of eligibility to Kaplan at the time of registration.
Students will be required to pay for the difference between the total amount of tuition and the amount of the VA education benefit disbursement.
Prepare for Your New Mexico Appraisal Exam
Confidence…it’s the most important asset you have when it comes to taking your New Mexico appraisal licensing exams. It doesn’t happen by accident. Our Exam Prep courses will help you build the confidence you need and improve your probability of success on New Mexico’s appraisal licensing exams. If you enroll in one of our Premium Licensing Packages you will receive enrollment in the corresponding Exam Prep course as part of your package. But if you’ve already completed your required education, you can enroll in our Exam Prep courses as an add-on.
Complete Your New Mexico Appraisal Continuing Education
As a licensed New Mexico appraiser, you are required to complete 28 hours of state-approved continuing education each biannual renewal period. This requirement includes the 7-hour National USPAP Update Course. Our continuing education library includes a comprehensive elective course package, as well as individual classes to help you maintain your license, grow your knowledge base, and meet the New Mexico CE requirement.
