Credit Hours: 7.5
Most appraisers have faced a difficult or distinctive residential property appraisal at some point in their careers.
These appraisal problems can take many twists and turns and create numerous challenges in reaching an opinion of value. In this course, we will look at some of the areas that provide these challenges and discuss the different directions available to the appraiser to problem solve. This class looks at how to use all three appraisal methods to assist in developing adjustments and explores how techniques used in one method can support a conclusion in a different method. Students will discuss distinctive property assignments and various solutions that may be available to determine value.
This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 7.5 hours of real estate continuing education.
