Complete Your Connecticut Appraisal Continuing Education

Every two years, certified, licensed, or provisional licensed Connecticut appraisers must complete 28 classroom hours in courses approved by the Connecticut Real Estate Appraiser Commission. Limited appraisers must complete 15 hours to renew. This education must include 3 classroom hours in current real estate appraisal legislation, licensing laws, and regulations, professional standards, and real estate equal opportunity laws and regulations. Every 6 years, you must also complete a minimum of 15 hours of USPAP education in the 6-year period.
