Prepare for Your Colorado Appraisal Exam

Complete Your Colorado Appraisal Continuing Education

Licensed Colorado appraisers are required to complete 42 hours of state-approved continuing education credits every three years, including the 7-hour National USPAP Update Course and 35 hours of electives. Our CE library includes the required education, as well as all the individual courses you will need to grow your knowledge base, keep your license active, and meet the Colorado CE requirement.
