Renew Your Appraisal License
Brightwood College is partnering with Career WebSchool to offer online appraisal continuing education courses in California.
If you have been a licensed California Appraiser for 24 months or longer, you are required to complete 28 hours of continuing education for renewal. If you have been licensed for more than a year, but less than 2 years, you are required to complete 14 hours of CE.
Through a partnership with Career WebSchool, Brightwood College, powered by Kaplan Appraisal Education, offers California appraisers a library of state-approved continuing education courses covering a variety of topics. We offer complete course packages and individual classes to provide you with the right amount of education you need.
