Property Management Certification (PMC)

The Property Management Certification (PMC) is a program for all REALTORS® who want to learn how to manage residential and commercial rental property.

Upon completion of the program you will know how to establish and build a property management business, select clients, complete forms, review agreements, and remain compliant with Fair Housing, State and Federal Laws and Acts that protect tenants.

Property Management Courses are designed to help any real estate agent or broker establish and build a successful and prosperous property management business.

How to Earn Your PMC Certification:

  • Attend and complete four (4) courses from the five (5) courses available
  • Pass each course exam
  • Complete and submit the PMC application
