Basic Appraisal Procedures - Your appraisal education continues with an overview of the basic procedures to develop a real property appraisal. You will learn about the three valuation approaches used to reach an opinion of value and how they apply in specific appraisal assignments. This course will guide you through specific analytical techniques to form opinions about market data and show you how to properly conduct a market analysis and prepare a property description. Through case studies and real world examples you’ll prepare for your new career.

15-hour National Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) - Using the 2012-2013 edition of USPAP, this course focuses on the requirements for ethical behavior and competent performance by appraisers. In this nationally-accredited two-day course you will review the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). The experienced AQB-Certified USPAP instructor will augment the learning by offering clear explanations, examples and case studies. The course concludes with a one-hour exam.
